Telephone Communications

For any calls or text messages, your cellular or mobile telephone provider may charge you according to the type of plan you carry and you are responsible for such charges. You also agree that we may contact you at the cellular phone number you provided to us at the time of application or any other phone number you may provide to us in the future, in each case, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You agree that any such telephonic communication is not unsolicited for purposes of federal or state law. You also understand that you are not required to provide consent to these communications as a condition of purchasing products or services from Bread.
Opting Out of Telephone Communications
You may withdraw your consent to telephone communications by contacting us at the phone number, email address, or mailing address indicated on the Site at www.getbread.com. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your withdrawal of consent to non-marketing telephone communications may impact your ability to access certain Bread Services in the future.
